Please note that we refuse to collect unauthorized e-mail addresses posted on this website using e-mail collection programs or other technical devices. Violations of this will result in criminal penalties under the Information and Communications Network Act.
Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection
Article 50-2 (Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of E-mail Addresses, etc.)
1. No one shall collect e-mail addresses by using a program or other technical device that automatically collects e-mail addresses from the Internet homepage without prior consent of the Internet homepage operator or administrator.
2. No one shall sell or distribute e-mail addresses collected in violation of the provisions of Paragraph 1.
3. No one shall know that it is an e-mail address whose collection, sale and distribution is prohibited under Paragraphs 1 and 2 and use it for information transmission.
Article 74 (Penal Provisions) A person who falls under any of the following Subparagraphs shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 10 million won.
1. A person who marks, sells, or displays for the purpose of sale in violation of Article 8 (4);
2. A person who distributes, sells, leases, or publicly displays obscene codes, words, sounds, videos, or images in violation of subparagraph 1 of Article 44-7 (1);
3. A person who repeatedly sends codes, words, sounds, videos, or images that cause fear or anxiety to the other party in violation of subparagraph 3 of Article 44-7 (1);
4. A person who has taken technical measures in violation of Article 50 (6)
5. A person who transmits advertising information in violation of Article 50-8
6. A person who collects, sells, distributes, or uses an e-mail address for information transmission in violation of Article 50-2
7. A person who transmits advertisement information in violation of Article 50-8
8. A person who fails to report changes in registration or transfer or acquisition of business or merger or inheritance in violation of Article 53 (4).
